I did not grow up hunting and always found it confusing and intimidating to get started. My family never hunted, so I felt there was no clear way to learn. As an adult, I got my permit to carry with a friend last year, and we’ve since gone to the pistol range a few times. This season, he’s going to help me get into hunting since he grew up hunting with his family.

The concept for this project is to document the entire process of going on a first hunt. This includes picking a rifle, sighting it in, practicing accuracy, to finally going on the hunt. This approach could attract new customers and connect with those who might feel hesitant to begin hunting.
